A Daily Eye-Wellness Routine for Screen Users and Older Adults
Build an eye-wellness routine around professional eye care, nutrition, screen habits, sleep and sensible supplement use.
A useful eye-wellness routine is not built around one capsule. It combines professional care with everyday choices that are realistic enough to repeat.
Morning: start with the basics
Take prescribed medications as directed, use corrective lenses when needed, and pair supplements with the routine recommended on their label. If a supplement causes stomach upset, ask a clinician or pharmacist about timing.
Workday: protect comfort
Use appropriate lighting, comfortable font sizes and periodic distance breaks during extended computer work. Stay hydrated and pay attention to persistent dryness or irritation.
Meals: think in patterns
Leafy greens, colorful vegetables, fruits, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds can contribute nutrients commonly associated with general eye nutrition. Variety matters more than chasing a single “superfood.”
Evening: give eyes recovery time
Sleep supports overall health and reduces the temptation to use a bright screen late into the night. If night driving becomes noticeably harder, schedule an eye exam instead of self-diagnosing the cause.
Supplements: keep expectations realistic
Vision Hero is positioned as nutritional support. The best use of any eye supplement is as an optional addition to—not a replacement for—evidence-based eye care.
